White and blue ‘V-12’ sneakers from Veja. Made of leather, this lace-up pair features an embossed and printed logo, the brand’s signature logo patch in blue and organic cotton laces. The mesh inner lining made from recycled materials was developed to acquire a better resistance to friction. The organic-sourced and recycled insole is made from sugar cane, Amazon rubber, organic cotton and recycled EVA foam. It sits on a cream rubber sole crafted from organic and recycled materials. The leather comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul and is L.W.G. Gold certified by the Leather Working Group, which promotes sustainable practices that have a positive impact on the environment in tanneries.
